Velvet Brew Café was born from a simple belief: the best gatherings happen when the coffee is right, the drinks are crafted with care, and the space makes you want to stay a little longer.

Nestled along South US Highway 17–92 in Casselberry, we've created a space that shifts gracefully with the day. Morning light pours through the windows as baristas pull careful shots of single-origin espresso. As evening falls, the same counter becomes a backdrop for hand-stirred cocktails and easy conversation.
